We provide a web-based user interface that allows users to select, retrieve, play and download their recordings.
You are able to access your recorded calls via a secure website-based search tool. Call recording files can be played via a PC, downloaded for archiving or sent as e-mail attachments. This enables you to monitor the quality of your agents' call-handling, with no capital costs or installation issues, so even SME's can take advantage of the service. You can choose what/when/how calls are recorded, and make changes to your set-up whenever required. We can set up secure access for authorised personnel only if required.
