We have a range of geographical numbers which we provide covering most of the national UK dialing codes areas. We can provide gold numbers which can be purchased for a competitive rate. These are a very useful marketing tool for companies and have been shown to increase company revenue by having an easily recognisable and memorable contact number. These numbers also help to control where, when and how calls are distributed to single or multiple locations.

0870 / 0870 - Special Rate

0871 is a revenue generating number often used by service/content and information line providers. Caller pays 10ppm from any location within the UK.

0844 0845 - Local Rate

Using local rate numbers puts you "in the neighbourhood". Callers to these numbers are charged for a local rate call only, regardless of their location within the UK thus retaining strong customer loyalty.

09 - Premium Rate

09 numbers are revenue generating often used by service/content and information line providers. Callers pay from 5ppm through to £1.50 per minute or per call depending on the type of service provided from any location within the UK. Premium rate services are designed to meet the specific needs of companies that provide competition lines, quiz TV shows or voting lines.

CALL DISTRIBUTION

Most businesses have multiple locations with there being more than one main phone number; this can be a problem when trying to control the amount of calls distributed to each location.

Our solution automatically distributes incoming calls to a number of targets by a predetermined percentage. For example if a company has 2 offices in 2 different locations across the country, one office may be receiving far more calls than the other putting pressure on office staff and promoting bad customer service.

With Ratio Planning the ratio of calls can be split by 50% or any percentage that is appropriate depending on the size of your offices. The advantage of this is both offices can use the same number saving on advertising and call costs. Up to 5 targets with your specified percentages can be programmed making Ratio Planning an ideal solution.

TIME OF DAY ROUTING

Our intelligent planning service automatically routes calls to different targets depending a number of factors, for example time, day or date. With this plan calls can be diverted at a specific time of day, on specific days of week or specific dates of the month.
