About Us

24 Seven is a Telecommunications Network Operator based in the UK that was founded in 2002. We provide telecom solutions for clients ranging from SME's to corporate, and resellers to end users. The services that we specialise in include designing bespoke IVR services, intelligent call routing, fax2email and mobile services. 24 Seven has built its own infrastructure to support its operations and to cater for the individual needs of the clients.

Our History

• 2002 - 24 Seven Communications Ltd was formed and commenced trading. Since its formation
               24 Seven has enjoyed a rapid and continual growth.
• 2004 - Obtained our BT Interconnect and registered with Ofcom as being a Network Operator.
• 2005 - Acquired our own telecoms switching equipment which powers our network.

Ofcom allocated us our own 07911 mobile numbering range, together with the 07666 paging range for our SMS messaging bureau. 2006. Became the UK's 6th commercial VoIP mobile network and trading under the Mobiboo name.

We have a telephone response network with 1000 lines, the core of which is our single interactive call handling platform with an equal amount IVR capacity, enabling customers to be managed on one platform with online statistics ensuring you get real time detailed call information.

Live Online Stats System

We have developed an online statistics website providing live call stats and giving detail to the call flow traffic. Every customer is provided with a username and able to access it at anytime to get an update of their call data.

24 Seven are registered by the premium rate regulator ICSTIS and hold licenses authorising one to one chat on premium rate tariffs.
